You just got your first Porsche and now you have to turn around and be ready for a recall.

Yep, it looks like the belts could potentially fail when the seats are adjusted to an extreme forward position, putting riders in a dangerous situation.

Thankfully only a handful of the recalls should effect Porsche owners, leaving most of you in luxury driving lanes.

Bet you can’t wait to get back in the fast lane, huh?

Tuesday April 20th, 2010 08:23 Apple iPad Being Banned At Universities?!

Wow, so if you bought your luxurious Apple iPad for school and university use, it might just be that your purchase was in vain.

Many universities are having problems with the way the iPad connects to the Internet and are having to block the luxury device.  Princeton University has had to block more than 20% of iPads due to “malfunctions that can affect the entire school’s computer system.”  Sigh, Steve Jobs, sigh.

While universities are scrambling to figure out how their students and faculty can use iPads and not disrupt the connectivity across the school, more tablets are being announced that will probably not have this problem.

Tuesday April 13th, 2010 08:28 Prince Harry Spends $15,400 In Four Hours

Poor Prince Harry, third in line for the British throne, red-headed tendencies and not the best looks in the family make us all feel a little empathy towards this sometimes awkward 25-year-old prince.

But it looks like Prince Harry can take care of himself sometimes, at least where champagne is concerned anyway.  This weekend Harry spent a total of $15,400 in less than four hours, sipping around 15 bottles of Moet and Laurent Perrier while in the clubs of London Friday night.  Man, do you know how many TJ Maxx shopping trips that is?  A lot.  Ohhhhh, the luxurious life of a prince.
