Well it looks like 4Kids Entertainment CEO Al Kahn, otherwise known as the Cabbage Patch kingpin, has purchased Bernie Madoff’s New York City apartment.

While the sale price of the property has yet to be revealed, the luxury penthouse was on the market for $8.9 million, about $1 million off of the original sale price.  Proceeds of the sale will of course go to those who were officially screwed by Madoff.
