Since the news broke about Billy Joel and his wife Katie Lee’s separation, we’ve all been wondering what the couple would be trying to sell off and it looks like the news is in.

The Joels have just listed their two separate oceanfront estates in Sagaponack, New York.  Both estates were purchased back in 2007 for $28,385,000, in cash.  While each home is located on Gibson Lane with stunning ocean vistas, the 4-bedroom estate is going for $22.5 million with the 3-bedroom is up for grabs for $12.5 million.  Any takers?
