The Dall House is a $2 billion resort in the making that would be located near Kinloch Rannoch, Perthshire.  The ultra-luxurious resort would be targeted at a clientele with worth’s of over $170 million.  Fees for the resort would start around $3.4 million with an annual fee of almost $1 million.

We don’t know if any resort would be worth that much.
