Headed to the 2011 Super Bowl this year and you don’t yet have the tickets?

Well, how about you sit in the luxurious Star Level suites in Arlington, Texas this year.  Currently on eBay there is an auction for a total of 30 VIP Super Bowl tickets where you’ll be treated like royalty on the suite level for a mere $232,500.

Each ticket covers food and beverages including beer and wine (with proper ID). A suite attendent (bartender) will be stationed in the suite and mixed drinks, etc. will be available at your cost. Food set up will be a special Super Bowl menu at no additional cost. This great package also includes two VIP parking passes. These passes will allow you to get as close as possible to the stadium.

This suite is located at the southwest corner just above section 319 on the home side. This luxury suite is beautiful and offers a great panoramic view of the stadium (the photos above are taken from the suite)! The suite is not exclusive and will be shared with the owner and his guests.

Sounds like the best way to ring in the 2011 Super Bowl to us!

Gotta Have It! has just revealed that their highly anticipated Michael Jackson auctions are scheduled for October 6-15, 2010.

These auctions will be a bit different since the seller apparently received the auction items from the King of Pop himself.  Up fro auction will be an MJ custom Swarovski crystal jacket, the gloves Jackson wore for his “Bad” album cover, signed photos and genuine MJ lyric sheets.

We can’t wait to see how these auctions turn out!

Two Aston Martin DB5s were used on screen for the production of the timeless 1960’s James Bond classics, Goldfinger and Thunderball. One of those two cars was reported stolen in 1997 and is believed to have been destroyed. The other is the FMP 7B, which will be auctioned off. The car features silver birch exterior paint and dark gray leather interior.

Bond’s Aston Martin DB5 and its gadgets were the brainchild of Oscar-award-winning special effects expert John Stears, also of Star Wars and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang fame. The car was sold in 1969 to American Jerry Lee, who became FMP 7B’s first ex-factory and remaining owner. The car was originally purchased from the Aston Martin factory for $12,000. For a time, Lee agreed to allow Aston Martin to continue to use FMP 7B for promotional purposes in the United States. Today, the odometer shows approximately 30,000 miles, primarily from its tour usage. A careful re-commissioning program was recently undertaken by RM Auto Restoration, returning the car to running condition after its long-term static storage.

Proceeds of the sale of FMP 7B (which are anticipated to be around $5 million) will be used to further the charitable work of ‘The Jerry Lee Foundation’, a multi-national initiative dedicated to solving social problems associated with poverty, with an emphasis on crime prevention. RM Auctions is the world’s largest collector car auction house and specializes in investment-quality automobiles, holding four of the top five world record prices for motor cars sold at auction.

Wonder how much this baby will end up going for?  Well at least I can start the auction!

With China continually on the rise and the business respect for the country grows more and more every day, it’s no wonder that a rare collection of Chinese Qing Dynasty imperial works of art broke records at a recent Sotheby’s Hong Kong auction.

On the auction block was one extremely rare piece, an Imperial White Jade Seal that broke records, selling at a a huge $12.4 million, more than double what the seal fetched back in 2007.  I guess it’s a seller’s market for imperial art, huh?

Come December 17, Robert Isabell’s 20th century design collection goes ot the auction block.  Sotheby’s will be hosting the event, and expect some luxurious treasures to be had.

Given to Brando by Gabor at the time of the movie release of “On The Waterfront”, the watch holds much in the way of celebrity and film memorabilia.  The gold watch will more than likely go for somewhere around $3,000 – $8,000.

The burial plot that happens to be right next to Marilyn Monroe’s is up for grabs on eBay.  The auction has five days left and currently has seen 19 bids with the highest, as of right now, at $4,505,301. 

The plot is located at Westwood Village Memorial Park which also holds celebrities such as Dean Marting and Natalie Wood.

The 30 x 26 inch portrait was done by Warhol when both stars were at their highest.  Valued at close to $850,000, the artwork is currently on display at London’s British Music Experience where MJ was to launch his comeback tour prior to his untimely death.

Streisand’s auction will take places October 17th and 18th at the Beverly Hilton with all proceeds of the sales going to the Streisand Foundation.

The auction will feature over 400 lots with such offerings as costumes, paintings, photographs and even Native American baskets.
