While Louis Vuitton had nothing to do with this new Louis Vuitton-Inspired Custom Mini Cooper, it sure has the designer’s flare, does it not?!

German company CoverEFX has created a masterpiece in making this Louis Vuitton-Inspired Custom Mini Cooper.

The dark leather bears thousands of small gold specimens glued individually by hand to enact the signature Louis Vuitton feel with the foil embossing technique. The wheels and tires add to the complete look with a combination of OZ LM rims in matte black and matte gold metallic.  No word is available on how much the tuning job will cost, but this retro-designed Mini Cooper is drool worthy; even more than the stretched Mini XXL with a built-in swimming pool.

Meow!  Talk about some luxury!

Kelsey Grammer & Kayte Walsh Plan Luxury Nuptials

Even with Kelsey Grammer’s marriage to estranged wife Camille not yet dissolved, the actor is already hard at work planning a February 11 wedding to his young fiance Kayte Walsh.

Grammer and Walsh plan to enjoy a lavish New York City wedding February 11 of this year and the Manhattan venue is just what he was looking for to spoil his new bride.

A source reveals details about the luxurious wedding date, saying, “Kelsey and Kayte have booked the Plaza ballroom for the reception. Despite the lavish surroundings, they want an intimate wedding with less than 150 guests. Kayte has laid out all the details, all the timings. The room will be decorated all in white, including a white cake. There will be a very tight guest list, and they won’t allow cameras in. They’re flying a lot of Kayte’s family members in from England and putting them all up at The Plaza.”

Well, at least Camille has her own reality TV show to contend with…

Say hello to the sexiest luxury pen we’ve seen in a long while, the new Alfred Dunghill Sentryman Explorer Series Luxury Pen.

The illustrious Dunhill Sentryman Explorer II pen features pretty much anything Bond had and more, hidden compass, flashlight, interchangeable 18-karat gold fountain, ballpoint and pencil foreparts.

The new piece allows the writer to change between fountain pen, ballpoint and pencil with a unique bayonet attachment.

Like the original Explorer pen, it also has a luminous ring in the cap to make it easier to locate in the dark. The Dunhill Sentryman II, priced at $3,400 each, comes numbered in a black lacquered Alfred Dunhill box with a certificate. Only 150 pieces have been made available for sale.

Dubai’s Tiger Woods-Branded Golf Development Halted

The construction of the Dubai Tiger Woods-branded golf residential complex has been halted due to poor market conditions in the Middle Eastern emirate.

Bloomberg News reported that the developer of the luxury properties, Dubai Properties, stopped construction of the 55 million square-foot project because of lack of demand.

While there is no word as of yet if construction will get back underway once the market strengthens, we’re fairly skeptical this golf complex will see the finished light of Dubai day.

30 VIP 2011 Super Bowl VIP Suite Tickets $232,500

Headed to the 2011 Super Bowl this year and you don’t yet have the tickets?

Well, how about you sit in the luxurious Star Level suites in Arlington, Texas this year.  Currently on eBay there is an auction for a total of 30 VIP Super Bowl tickets where you’ll be treated like royalty on the suite level for a mere $232,500.

Each ticket covers food and beverages including beer and wine (with proper ID). A suite attendent (bartender) will be stationed in the suite and mixed drinks, etc. will be available at your cost. Food set up will be a special Super Bowl menu at no additional cost. This great package also includes two VIP parking passes. These passes will allow you to get as close as possible to the stadium.

This suite is located at the southwest corner just above section 319 on the home side. This luxury suite is beautiful and offers a great panoramic view of the stadium (the photos above are taken from the suite)! The suite is not exclusive and will be shared with the owner and his guests.

Sounds like the best way to ring in the 2011 Super Bowl to us!

Tesla Electric SUV Coming 2014

The dawning of the electric vehicles is here and Tesla Motors isn’t going to be left out in the cold that’s for sure.

The electric vehicle company has just announced their plans to create an electric SUV called the Model X SUV, a sporty crossover that will be the average size of a typical compact SUV while offering the interior space of a full-size passenger van

The electric vehicle company is able to achieve the space, according to the report, because Tesla, unlike traditional automakers, isn’t hampered by a large internal combustion engine and most of the most space absorbing systems that accompany it.

The vehicle could launch by 2014.

While there is no word on cost as of yet, we’re expecting this electric SUV to be somewhere in the neighborhood of $50,000 or more.
