Because of her long courtship with Prince William, eight years to be exact, eco-friendly nail polish company Butter London is now offering a new shade in honor of Waity Katie.

Dubbed “Waity Katie” by the media for her longtime relationship in waiting with Prince William, the new nail polish by Butter London is called “No More Waity, Katie” and will debut this coming March for a mere $22 per bottle.

The glittery, limited-edition polish comes in a grayish-blue and glitter-filled shade and is of course organic and animal friendly and without any nasty carcinogens.

Porsche Considering Bringing Diesel Luxury Cars To US

Luxury automaker Porsche is considering bringing diesel versions of their luxurious Cayenne SUV and Panamera sedan to the States which would meet the current interest in more fuel-efficient vehicles.

According to Automotive News Europe, Porsche would steadily bring in more diesel vehicles to the US as more luxury car buyers are preferring to be more eco-conscious with their car purchases.

“We are discussing internally if we should introduce the Cayenne diesel in the U.S. this year. Also a Panamera diesel is an option,” revealed Bernhard Maier, Porsche’s sales and marketing chief.

Dali Museum Opens In St. Petersburg, Florida

Florida isn’t just for retirees and Disney fans now, it’s also for Salvador Dali lovers as a new museum opens in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Taking two years to build, the new Dali museum golds over 2,140 pieces and is officially the largest collection of Dali art outside his home country Spain.  The new building was built to replace an older museum that had slowly gone into disrepair and in dire need of updating.

The new larger museum also has a cafe, patio and garden. In between the galleries a 75-foot spiral staircase that takes patrons to the third floor. HOK and the Beck Group designed the museum which has reinforced concrete walls that can protect the artwork from a category 5 hurricane.

Now you don’t have to plan your Florida vacay around Mickey Mouse, you can plan it around Salvador.  Admission cost, $21.

Ritz-Carlton Dubai Opens Today

After much work and years of preparation, the The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial CentreDubai International Financial Centre is at last opening its doors today.

With 341 rooms, the new luxury hotel will offer Dubai tourists and residents alike all they have come to expect from the Ritz-Carlton brand.  The center also features 124 executive residences and is actually the second Ritz-Carlton to open in Dubai and is sixth property in the region for the luxury hotel company.

We certainly wouldn’t mind a visit to this particular Ritz, with French art deco rooms featuring floor to ceiling windows and spacious work areas.  Right now the hotel is offering a special rate for the grand opening, for a mere $260 per night you can enjoy all that the Ritz can offer, which is quite a lot if you ask us.

Gwyneth Paltrow Ambassador For Luxury Brand Baume & Mercier

Gwyneth Paltrow has just stepped up to be the next ambassador for luxury timepiece manufacturer Baume & Mercier.

Paltrow follows the likes of Meg Ryan, Kim Basinger, Teri Hatcher and Evangeline Lilly as ambassadors for the luxury company, and we can’t wait to see what this stunning actress contributes to Baume & Mercier.

Being an ambassador will unfortunately not involve any promos for the luxury brand, but 38-year-old Paltrow will be involved with “communication projects” such as attending the annual Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie which showcases exclusive timepieces each year.

Jay-Z Spends $350K At Hermes On Beyonce’s Christmas Gifts

It must be hard being a celebrity and getting busted in action doing some late shopping for your wife, but at least Jay-Z can make up for the tabloids with the $350K he spent on wife Beyonce at Hermes.

Last year, Beyonce and Jay-Z were the highest paid earning couple in show biz with a combined income of $104 million, so Jay-Z can certainly afford to lavish his sweetheart on the holidays and that he did!

Shopping at Hermes on Madison Avenue on Christmas Eve no less, a source reveals that Jay-Z purchased around $350,000 worth of goods such as several Birkin bags for Beyonce.  And when the rapper missed his scheduled lunch at nearby Nello, the food was delivered to the store itself.  Wow, to be Jay-Z must be a thing of beauty.  Color us jealous.
