robot-teachersThe South Korean government has just pledged around $8.7 million in funding for a new classroom program.

New robotic teaching assistants, or R-Leaning, will be heading to the classroom after just a few months of trials.  The program will be available in 500 preschools across the country to start.  Parents will be able to actually hook-up to R-Learning to monitor their children and see how the robotic teaching is working in the classroom.

Wow, talk about Terminator.
