Typically Alfa Romeo positions their models to be competitively priced and the company has a good reputation as it’s owned by the same parent company as Ferrari and Maserati. However, the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione had a limited production number of just 500 and they literally sped out of the dealerships.

Word is that there are 500 more to come that could be even more posh.

The seller is Yucel Edebali, a real estate developer and the president of Crest Contracting Inc.

The home is on 14.5 acres and overlooks Long Island sound.

The 8,500-square-foot home has two home theaters, six bedrooms and both indoor and outdoor pools as well as a tennis court.

The home was built in 2008 and is listed at $13.9 million.
